Office Manager

Responsibilities;
- Supervise office staff and support all administrative duties in the offices. Ensure that both offices are operating smoothly.
- Oversee the daily operation of the offices, including personnel and general administration as required.
- Assist President as required (reporting, budgeting, etc.)
- Provide guidance and administrative support as necessary to other managers, office staff and technicians.
- Monthly invoicing and revenue reports
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.
- Assist with/supervise Accounts Receivable -collection calls, fielding client inquiries and daily deposits.
- Supervise and provide support to bookkeeper.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Perform recruitment selection duties and job appraisal duties not limited to selection, training and assisting in the onboarding process.
- Health & Safety Coordination including the monitoring and coordination of mandatory training and certificates.
- Manage Group Benefit program.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Compensation will be dependent upon experience.
3+ years as an Office Manager in small to mid size business is preferred.
College or University Education in Business related fields preferred.
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
