Courier Delivery Driver

Mike’s Courier Service is currently seeking an individual for a courier driver.

**$17 / Hr**

**30-40 Hours a week**

The main responsibility of the courier driver is to deliver parcels to households and businesses in New Glasgow.

Pickup freight in Truro each morning and deliver in New Glasgow.

Eligible applicants MUST:

- Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
- Have a clean criminal record check
- Be comfortable driving a 16' cube van
- Have excellent knowledge of New Glasgow roads
- Be able to lift and maneuver 50lbs at a time
- Take direction and work well in a team
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Be able to adapt in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
- Have superior time management skills
- Be able to work independently in a challenging environment
- Be able to focus on the task at hand and work through distraction

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
