**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Prepare food items as needed, adhering to food handling and sanitation standards.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- Handle cash transactions using the POS system, including processing payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
- Assist in the training of new staff members as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer concerns.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus.
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
- Knowledge of food handling safety practices is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
