**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform abrasive blasting to prepare surfaces for powder coating
- Handle materials, including loading, unloading, and organizing equipment and materials
- Assist in the general assembly of outdoor fitness equipment
- Support production activities as needed and carry out tasks assigned by management

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required for the job
- Willingness to learn and follow safe work practices
- Forklift license preferred, or willingness to obtain one
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**About Us**: Versa Coatings is a state-of-the-art powder coating facility located in Burnside Industrial Park. We provide high-quality coating services to a wide range of industries. Outdoor-Fit Exercise Systems is a leader in outdoor fitness equipment manufacturing, delivering durable, versatile, and space-efficient products to clients across North America.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-03-03
