Position Summary:
Tacten is seeking a professional, energetic and forward-thinking **Maintenance Planner/Static Planner** to support operations at the NWR site in Redwater, AB. If you are seeking a dynamic industrial environment with opportunities for individual growth and learning, this is for you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plans the maintenance work for the respective Planner discipline regardless of whether the work is to be executed on-stream or during an outage
- Understands, creates and maintains a visible commitment to process and personal safety, as well as the safety of others; adheres to NWR’s Core Competencies to drive results and a high performing culture;
**Requirements**:
- 10 years trades experience and 5 years planning experience required;
- Strong knowledge of Maintenance & Reliability business processes and methodologies associated with Planning and Scheduling, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, Bill of Materials (BOM), materials and inventory processes and integration strategies of CMMS with other systems;
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and facilitation skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff and management;
- Effective communications both in verbal and written format;
- Ability to manage multiple task assignments in a matrix organization and able to work to deadlines and schedules;
- Team player: willing to continuously and proactively collaborate, share, and seek information and guidance, and be flexible;
Working Conditions:
- Position is located at the NWR site in Redwater
- 4/10's scheduled. Monday to Thursday.
- Must be willing to work OT as required
