**About Gas Liquids Engineering**

Gas Liquids Engineering is a Calgary-based Engineering firm with more than 35 years of experience delivering engineering excellence to the energy sector. With a multidisciplinary team of 210 professionals, we provide Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) services spanning natural gas processing, carbon capture and sequestration (CCS), pipeline design, liquids handling, power generation, and regulatory compliance.

**About Proactive Power & Automation**

Proactive Power & Automation is the power-focused division of Gas Liquids Engineering, specializing in engineering services for high-voltage systems, power generation, industrial electrification, and automation. We provide tailored solutions across industries—from renewable and thermal power projects to utility interconnections and facility upgrades.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers in the power and energy sectors.
- Source and qualify new leads, both through your own network and proactive outreach.
- Support proposal development and client engagement strategies.
- Make virtual and in-person client visits and represent PPA/GLE at events and conferences.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and strategic initiatives.
- Contribute ideas during internal growth strategy meetings and marketing reviews.
- Promote a positive, professional image of our team and services.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 5+ years of business development, account management, or sales experience in the energy, power, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven ability to connect with clients, influence decisions, and maintain long-term relationships. You bring an established contact list and the ability to open doors and build trust quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with autonomy and initiative.
- Knowledge of EPCM services, power generation, or high-voltage infrastructure.
- Background in Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or Management.
- Strong communication, time management, and presentation skills.
