**Overview**

Giesler Marine is a Platinum BRP Dealer and Marine located in Powassan Ontario. The dealer has expanded and is looking to add another Service Writer to its experienced and dedicated team.

We are currently looking for a full-time Service Writer and a team player.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. Your mechanical knowledge and experience in power sports repair will be invaluable as you assist customers with their inquiries and help them make informed decisions about their vehicle needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information regarding automotive repair services and products.
- Assist customers in scheduling appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Utilize your mechanical knowledge to explain technical issues to customers in an understandable manner.
- Engage in upselling additional services or products that meet customer needs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during service payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while ensuring all customer interactions are professional.
- Collaborate with mechanics and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a power sports dealership or repair shop setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to power sports repair is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Sales experience with a focus on upselling products or services is a plus.
- Proficient cash handling skills and attention to detail when processing transactions.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A team player who is willing to contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Pay: $20.44-$26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
