**LOCATION**:Timmins

**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are looking for an experienced **Inventory Control Clerk (Lubricants)** to join our team in our **Timmins **Operation. Reporting to the Operations Manager this position will be responsible for:

- Receiving orders from customers for lubricants and related products, entering / creating sales orders and invoices
- Interfacing with customers, suppliers, and other operating centers for product movement
- Tracking and reconciling inventory levels to ensure minimum thresholds are met within the Company’s ERP system
- Assisting with the physical inventory count of lubricant and related products each month and investigating all variances
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organized warehouse
- Adhering to all material handling and product integrity guidelines as well as all Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Performing safe delivery of lubricants and related products to customers

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a shipper/receiver, purchasing or logistics role
- Valid Class G License
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to coordinate and interact professionally with various stakeholders
- Time management and organization skills, including the ability to effectively balance multiple priorities
- Physical strength required for manual material handling
- Knowledge of safe material handling procedures and techniques
- Experience operating warehouse equipment including forklift and pallet jacks
- Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of lubricants is an asset
