**Job Overview**
DBH Law is a full-service boutique law firm specializing in litigation, business law, oil & gas, real estate, construction, trademark & wills. For over 30 years, DBH has worked with clients to achieve their goals and navigate an often complex and ever-changing legal environment.

We are currently recruiting a Litigation Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years at the Bar to join our expanding business-focused law firm as an associate.

**Responsibilities**
- Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while striving for favorable outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting litigation practices.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to build strong case strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about case progress and developments.

**Skills**
- Solid litigation background with relevant experience
- Detail-oriented and a demonstrated high degree of accuracy
- Strong relationship management and business development skills
- Entrepreneurial, ambitious and energetic
- Some client base an asset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop and nurture professional relationships internally and externally
- Well-developed professionalism, leadership and teamwork competencies
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
