We are looking to bring on a motivated Client Service Representative that will be just as passionate about human interactions with our clients, customers, and team members as us.
The **Client Service Representative** will be leading from the front, responsible for representing our clients’ brands and providing each customer with a professional and upstanding knowledge base on services and products offered.
**Client Service Representative will also**:
- Exhibit the best speaking skills to communicate with all existing and potential new consumers as a pleasant, level-headed customer service professional
- Ensure the highest customer satisfaction through proactive support and active listening when responding to customer inquiries regarding the products and services they are interested in or already obtained
- Engage in the development and enhancement of the selling process by identifying opportunities, understanding customer motivation, and overcoming objection
- Address customer concerns with care and focus on solutions when managing difficult customer situations
- Follow a sale through to completion by overseeing the order status and the product/service installation to ensure contracts are executed according to the company terms
- Attend daily and weekly meetings to stay informed on the latest product and service updates and promotions
- Work well within a team environment and independently with minimum direction
**To succeed in this role, it is essential to have the following qualities**:
- Creative problem-solving and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs
- Ability to build rapport with new customers, upsell products, and improve sales margins
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Ability to accomplish objectives during challenging customer interactions
- Punctual time management and strong organizational skills
- Ability to build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with clients
**Client Service Representative requirements**:
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Must be available for a full-time schedule
- Must be willing to travel to our **Dieppe office daily for work, this is an In-Person role**:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales positions is an asset
- Diploma/Degree in Communications, Business, Advertising, or Sales is preferred

Pay: $39,520.00-$52,000.00 per year
