Bilingual French English Travel Specialist, Luxe Destination Weddings

**About Us**:
**The Opportunity**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Be responsible for maintaining an average group level of 25 wedding groups (average 30-50 passengers), with the expectation to provide individualized customer service to each guest and understand their specific needs within the group.
- Be responsible for maintaining a positive and trustworthy relationship with individual clients which will result in referral bookings.
- Create wedding invite websites for each group.
- Maintain up to date records on group booking form, invoicing, and group status.
- Be responsible for all accounting and balancing of group files.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service to guests at all times.
- Identify opportunities to sell add on features, such as excursions, insurance, etc.
- Process travel requests and payments with suppliers in a timely fashion.
- Review and issue travel documents.
- Responsible to maintain current destination travel requirements and product knowledge.
- Responsible for advising clients on all destination, documents, and airline requirements.
- Other duties assigned by management.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Previous Customer Facing Office Experience (Travel Industry preferred), 1 year minimum
- Travel Industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent French/ English written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter with strong sales aptitude
- Strong inter-personal skills, able to develop tight working relationship with customers and peers
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrates initiative and customer service excellence
- Experience with TTS, TravelWorks, Sirev, and other booking engines
- Experience with group bookings.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- General understanding of accounting principles, experience with accounting programs preferred.
- Multitasking abilities and time management are critical.
- Experience with selling excursions, insurance, etc.
- Travel Industry experience a must, preferable with group travel experience.
- A process driven individual with a drive to succeed.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Maintain high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Great team player with positive attitude.
- TICO certification required

**Work Abilities**:

- Being able to manage multiple files with a variety of customers who have different expectations regarding service
- Rely on third parties for timely information requested by the customers
- Stay current with multiple promotions, internal and external
- Stay current with processes and system functionality
