About the Opportunity This role involves arranging domestic and complex international travel for busy executives, handling air, car, hotel, rail, and ground transportation bookings, as well as ticketing, changes, and queue management. Before starting, you will complete three weeks of paid training that covers contract airfares, Sabre tool proficiency, and customer-service best practices. You will offer exceptional service and develop strong relationships with corporate accounts to ensure trusted, personalized travel arrangements. Business hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET, Monday – Friday, with a typical schedule of a 40‑hour work week and five 8‑hour shifts. Key Responsibilities Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel, ensuring compliance with Canadian travel requirements. Build rapport and develop relationships with Canadian business travelers to provide trusted, proactive service. Ensure accurate and timely completion of reservations while meeting travelers’ needs. Execute all responsibilities within company guidelines for customer service, documentation of PNRS and profiles, ticketing, invoicing, and maintain accuracy. Comprehend and strictly comply with Canadian travel policies and regulatory requirements. Stay fully informed about airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements, applying this knowledge accurately. Deliver consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout the booking process. Inform clients of all necessary travel documents and health requirements for destinations. Handle ticketing, Phase IVs, and exchanges/changes involving complex international fares. Manage rerouting and exchange processes to minimize disruption to travel plans. Experience & Qualifications Bi‑Lingual in French & English (required). 2+ years of recent corporate travel management experience, understanding the needs of Canadian business travelers. In-depth familiarity with Sabre GDS (Global Distribution System) for fare calculations, itinerary management, and ticket issuance. OPC/TICO Certification or ability to complete within 30 days of employment. Exposure to quality control processes ensuring accuracy and compliance of travel bookings. Proficiency in ticketing procedures, scripting, and handling complex itinerary changes and exchanges. Expertise in navigating and manipulating complex itineraries, international fares, and PNRS. Polished and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues. Ability to handle multiple urgent tasks simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and quality. Strong communication skills to keep clients informed and reassured throughout the travel process. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service focused on client satisfaction. Proficiency in travel booking systems and various communication tools. Strong technical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and adapt to new technologies.
