Our services include emergency food transitional housing and education for homeless and street-involved youth; hospice palliative care; community mental health programs; and supportive housing programs. By integrating a Harm Reduction framework at Good Shepherd, we can decrease barriers to service and better support some of our community's most marginalized members.

This opportunity is with our Good Shepherd - **YOUTH SERVICES - Brennan House**

**How You Will Make an Impact**

In this role, you will work to make a difference in the lives of Clients living at Youth Services. Services to clients include assessment, planning, crisis prevention and intervention, supportive counselling, education, advocacy, social/recreational programming, life skills teaching ie: cooking and linkages with other community services.

**What You'll Bring to Our Team**
- Primary case management and community development skills acquired through a post-secondary education in social services such as Child and Youth Worker, with a demonstrated commitment to the mission values of availability, responsibility, adaptability, quality and dignity.
- Must have some experience working with Youth.
- Knowledge of and experience working in residential treatment for Children under the Ministry Guidelines are a plus.
- CPR certification or willingness to be certified.
- Ability to speak French and/or other languages considered an asset.
