**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and conduct repairs as necessary.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system operations.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance tasks and inventory.
- Fabricate parts or components as needed to support repairs or upgrades.
- Supervise junior maintenance staff, providing guidance and training as required.
- Operate welding equipment for repairs and fabrication tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all maintenance activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in troubleshooting various systems.
- Experience using CMMS for managing maintenance tasks is preferred.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
- Leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring junior staff members is a plus.
- Proficiency in welding techniques for metal fabrication and repair work.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
