**About the Job**
We are growing and hiring a Shipping Preparation Specialist to support and assist our Operations team. Occasional overtime may be required.

**Responsibilities include**:

- General clean-up duties on finished test stations, following the pre-shipping checklist.
- Clean up wires, label, and decals; wipe-out and vacuum; package.
- Assist in preparing shipping parts package and customer envelopes.
- Assist in shipping parts to international and domestic customers.
- Operate forklift and other equipment to load and receive freight.
- Observe and ensure company safety rules and regulations.
- Other duties, as necessary.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Forklift certification is an asset (will provide training)
- Able to read, write, and follow instructions.
- Self-directed and able to work with little guidance.
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time, bend and lift heavy materials occasionally. (less than 50 lbs)
- Computer literate, experience with an ERP is an asset.
- Able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as necessary.
