**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports and presentations.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain and update the CRM system on a daily basis.
- Assign projects to Sales Support team members and oversee their progress.
- Provide regular coaching to Sales Support team members on operational procedures.
- Facilitate weekly meetings for the Sales Support and Production teams.
- Manage the internal calendar for the Sales Support team.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the sales process.

- Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required; proficiency in French is an asset but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
