**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to our products.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
