**Inside Sales Representative & Estimator - YYC Bath Solutions**

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Starting Salary**:$45,000+ per year** (based on experience)

**Position: Inside Sales Representative & Estimator**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist walk-in customers and contractors with product selection and recommendations
- Prepare accurate estimates for bath fittings, renovations, and related materials
- Maintain product knowledge of bath fittings (faucets, vanities, shower systems, accessories, etc.)
- Work closely with the sales & warehouse team for order processing and fulfillment
- Create quotes, follow up with customers, and close sales
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays
- Build strong relationships with retail clients, builders, and contractors
- Support customers with after-sales service when needed

**Qualifications**
- **Experience working at a bath fittings supply store or plumbing/renovation product supplier (preferred)**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read simple drawings/measurements for estimation
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
