Dyand Mechanical Systems and The Wood Energy Store are currently hiring for a full time position for a Parts Customer Service Representative. **The Role**:

- Assist walk in customers for parts
- Answer and return calls from customers inquiring about parts
- Updating and replenishing show floor literature
- Order needed literature for sales teams
- Assist Director of Sales as required
- Quotes as requested
- Coordinate required daily parts for service technicians
- Coverage of Reception breaks

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to multi task on various projects at the same time and manage the priorities
- **HVAC and/or Fireplace parts knowledge would be an asset**
- Resourceful
- Professionalism with customer interactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competent computer skills with Excel experience
- Excellent Time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail is key
- Self motivated

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
