Island Health is hiring Rehabilitation Assistants to join our Rehabilitation team on Vancouver Island. We have multiple openings available, including full-time, part-time, casual, and temporary positions across various acute care, long-term care, and community health locations.

**Qualifications**
**Education, Training And Experience**
- Completion of a two year Rehabilitation Assistant Program
- A valid British Columbia driver's license may be required for some positions

**Skills and Abilities**
- Work independently and in cooperation with others
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families and other members of the health care team, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Establish and maintain rapport with clients and staff
- Ability to instruct
- Ability to observe and recognize changes in clients
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
