**SERVICE/SALES ADMIN - POWER GENERATION**
**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Service/Sales Admin is responsible for planning and preparing service schedules for the delivery of planned maintenance and associated repair work, commissioning, and other work to Power Generation major accounts. They will take customer calls, gather the required data to open/close the work order and schedule the work in cooperation with customer needs and available resources.
**Key Elements of the Role**:
- Builds and maintains strong customer relationships with the major accounts assigned to them including interacting with the customer, booking appointments, preparing quotes, and handling all customer issues and inquiries for the customer accounts
- Manages the work order process including opening work orders, generating necessary purchase orders, reviews work order information including past repair history and forwards work orders to the appropriate staff when required
- Invoices all work, ensuring a high level of accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Records technicians hours for payroll and submits payroll documentation as required
- Updates databases with new information and drafts service reports and quotations for customers indicating deficiencies found
- Maintains proper communication between customer and technicians through the work order process
- Assist in the RFQ or tender process for major accounts where required
- Some site visits and meeting with customers as laid out in the tender as required
**Accountabilities**:
- Ensure all invoicing and required purchase orders are in place
- Ensure all work orders are complete, clear and concise
- Completes all work orders in a timely manner
- Ensures all quotes to customers are accurate and complete
**Capabilities**:

- Excellent communication skills with exceptional listening skills to understand others needs and individuals’ situations
- Above average skills in administration and management of multi-faceted and intricate program
- Ability to make sound decisions while exercising good judgment.
- Strong commitment to customer focus and satisfaction skills.
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- General knowledge of the power generation industry
- Knowledgeable in CSA 282 is an asset
- Competent in common software programs i.e. Microsoft Office; ability to learn other software as needed.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Power Generation Experience an asset
- Familiarization with the CSA 282 guidelines
- 2- 3 years in a related industry would be considered an asset
- High School Diploma or greater
- Business Acumen is considered an asset
- Mechanical Aptitude would be considered an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
