Position Responsibilities
Create and maintain accurate broker profiles on all Home Trust databases including, but not limited to, SAP, SAM, Broker Portal and MS Dynamics
Create and maintain brokerage house and broker Business Partner (BP) identification
Broker On-Boarding including receipt and review of Agreements, obtaining appropriate approvals, license verification, negative media scanning, reference checks and escalating any discrepancies to Manager, Broker Relations
Provide the highest level of service and support to the external brokers inquiries
Respond to mortgage broker account inquiries and following up internally with various departments resolving any issues and complaints in a timely manner
Formal Education
Bachelor's degree required in Business or equivalent
Related Experience
Min 2 years experience in an administrative role or customer facing position
