This role collaborates closely with Sales & Distribution, Analytics, and Marketing teams to deliver impactful learning programs, communications, and value proposition strategies that equip brokers to drive business growth.**If you are great at:*** Experience in adult learning, instructional design, and training delivery (webinars, in-person, on-demand)* Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to craft clear, engaging messaging* Strong knowledge of the marketplace and particularly the broker environment.* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities* Collaborative team player; works well across departments and functions**If you have:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.* 5+ years of experience in broker relations, sales enablement, or event coordination within the insurance or financial services industry.* Experience supporting training programs and corporate events.* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is considered an asset.**We really mean it when we say we put you first.
