**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to respond to calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Provide support for guest services, including handling special requests or complaints effectively.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in front desk Hotel/Motel is preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette skills are essential for managing multi-line phone systems professionally.
- A background in hospitality will be beneficial in understanding guest needs and expectations.
