**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations and provide information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, billing information, and special requests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Available for a variety of shifts 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm, over weekends and holidays if required
- Light cleaning and laundry duties also required

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in front desk operations or hotel experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette when handling multi-line phone systems.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
