We are seeking a **Marketing Associate** to join our team in Burnaby, BC. We are offering full-time and/or part-time position to expand our team.

Premier Lighting is an international lighting specialist firm with 25+ years’ experience in the industry. Our core team consists of lighting, electrical and control experts with diverse experiences in different projects in collaboration with different designing, building, investing and authority parties.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or any related field. Marketing experiences will also be considered
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluency in speaking and writing in English is a must
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suites & content creation tools
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with architectural & interior design process will be considered

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospecting to develop our CRM database of likely customers and then systematically communicate to convert them from potential customer to current customer
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other team members to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and product descriptions
- Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Assist in the organization and coordination of marketing events such as product launches and trade shows
- Monitor and track the success of marketing campaigns
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Provide sales, operations & inventory supports as needed
