**TITLE **- **FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR**

**STATUS - FULL-TIME**

**REPORTS TO - Outlets Manager and/or Director of Food and Beverage**

**DESCRIPTION**:

- Responsible for overseeing Food & Beverage activities with the guidance of the Outlets Managers
- Work with the Outlets Manager, to ensure the implementation of the highest guest service and food quality standards
- Participate in the operation of Lago, Jim & Garry’s Pub, Halfway House and/or banquet facilities
- Enforce Standards, Practices and Policies for Food & Beverage Outlets
- Maintain cost controls for Food & Beverage menu items
- Demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage etiquette
- Some knowledge of wine characteristics and proper wine opening
- Enforce new Food & Beverage concepts
- Communicate management goals and objectives to inspire employees
- This position is classified as safety sensitive, defined in accordance with our fit for duty program

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- University Degree or College Diploma
- Minimum 2 year in supervisory role
- Experience at properties of similar size and quality
- Thorough knowledge of Food and Beverage control systems, the ability to work well under pressure, and a positive attitude
