As a Dental Receptionist, you will be essential in managing the front desk operations and providing outstanding customer service in a dental office setting. With premium skills in Dentrix and medical terminology, you will assist in patient scheduling and ensure smooth office workflows. **Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments and handle inquiries.
- Maintain electronic medical records and ensure accurate patient information is up to date.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, billing, and insurance verification.
- Collaborate with dental staff to facilitate smooth office operations and enhance patient experience.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
