Reporting to the Director, HR Solutions & Business Value, you will ensure specific individual goals, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives, requiring solid business acumen, discretion, and confidentiality. This role offers an opportunity to join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture. **Key Accountabilities**: As an HR Business Analyst, you will support the implementation and delivery of Human Resources strategic team projects, activities, and initiatives by: - Gathering and examining data to spot trends and patterns for informed decision-making. - Identifying opportunities for process improvements and data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency. - Preparing reports and presentations for HR leadership, providing insights into HR metrics and trends. - Working closely with HR team and key partners to understand their needs and provide solutions. - Participating and supporting the facilitation and delivery of team projects, activities, and initiatives. - Conducting research on best practices and industry trends. - Organizing regular executive meetings, HRBP Townhalls, etc. with a view to boosting engagement. - Managing Business Continuity Plans for HRBP teams, including regular updates, tests, and signoffs. - Helping prepare and manage project documents for various meetings. **Experience / Education**: - A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar. - Familiarity with HR administration, processes, and current trends. - Skilled in data analysis tools (like Excel, SQL), HR systems (like SAP), and MS Office Suite. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities (in MS PowerPoint). - Detail-focused, problem-solving mindset with strong interpersonal and internal support skills. - Ability to handle pressure, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines. - Quick and effective problem resolution skills, handling sensitive issues fairly. - Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively. - Knowledge of HR processes and policies. - Familiarity with agile methodology is advantageous.
