**Minimum Requirements for this role**:

- Must possess a valid G-class driver’s license with a clean abstract and personal vehicle.
- Ability to work on call 24/7 during winter months for snow removal.
- Must-have experience driving a pick-up truck and pulling a trailer.
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Personal mobile device with data plan for communication, time and project tracking.
- Previous experience in landscape construction or general construction.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments.
- Familiarity with landscape/ construction tools and machinery or equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with site preparation, including grading, trenching, and excavation.
- Some carpentry experience, deck-building or fence-building.
- Load and unload materials such as soil, gravel, pavers, and stone.
- Install hardscape elements, including interlocking pavers, retaining walls, and natural stone features.
- Support Softscape installations such as planting trees, shrubs, sod, and mulch.
- Operate construction equipment like Mini Ex, skid steer and loaders.
- Operate landscape equipment such as wheelbarrows, compactors, saws, mowers, and blowers.
- Operate snowblowers, salt trucks, and plow equipment.
- Follow site plans, elevations, and construction drawings.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site.
- Work collaboratively with the construction team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Perform general site cleanup and minor maintenance tasks as needed.
