**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, e.g. BP, HR, looking at patients medications and updating the EMR
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately using Accuro.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and wellness
- **Skills**:

- Background in hospital/office settings
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
- Familiarity with Accuro
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Able to work in a team environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices in healthcare.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
