As a professional sales representative it will be part of your duty to: - Making customer satisfaction scores your number one priority - Listening to their wants and needs to determine which automobile is the right fit - Presenting automobiles in a knowledgeable yet professional manner - Answering phone calls professionally and making appointments - Following up with customers who have not purchased yet - Following up with "sold" customers till they buy again and send you referrals - Willing to take coaching direction from mentors - Desire to grow through continued training and development **Requirements**: Basic Computer Literacy Good Organizational Skills Possess a Good Driving Record Full Manitoba Driver's License Prior Automotive Sales Experience an asset but not required **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $30,000.00-$200,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - On-site parking - Paid time off - Store discount Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 12 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay
