**Description**:
IBC is looking to add a talented controller/bookkeeper at its Penticton Head Office location.
Position: Controller/ Bookkeeper
Overview: Responsible for I.B.C. International Bar Code Systems & Consulting, Inc’s. (IBC) accounting functions, production management, internal team optimization.
**Duties**:
- Financial oversight including: cost accounting, margin analysis, sales forecasting, bank reconciliations, payroll processing and remittances, A/P, A/R, tax remittances, year-end hand-off for tax preparation.
- Provide oversight and support in invoicing, payment processing, cost-of-goods purchasing. Bookkeeping for related entities.
- Oversee manufacturing processes including ordering material, planning production, team communication for customer communication, measuring productivity.
**Required Skills and background**:
- Bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Enterprise. Manufacturing bookkeeping experience is a plus.
- HR background with experience in hiring, reviews, training & development, handling issues and termination
- Customer service background and ongoing focus
- Administration and office coordination background
- Detail oriented
