**Surgenor Gatineau Chevrolet Cadillac** is currently seeking to hire a **Parts Time Accounting Student-Receptionist** to work at our following dealership on Saturdays.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Greet visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Provide visitors with an exceptional customer experience by greeting each customer personally and guiding them to the right person within the dealership.
- Ensure visitors are comfortable and are attended to.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying and scanning documents.
- Other duties required.

**What we are Looking for**
- Completion of High School
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and maturity
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Above average computer skills
- Multi line phone experience is considered an asset
- Dealership experience is not required, but considered an asset
- Must be bilingual
