Scholars Education Center Maple Vaughan East location has an opening for passionate and committed high school Math and Science teacher.
- University Degree
- B. Ed (or pending) good to have
- Teaching or tutoring experience in Canada
- English communication skills
- **Advanced Functions, Algebra, Trigonometry and Calculus & Vectors**:

- **Physics grade 11 and 12**:

- **Chemistry grade 11 and 12**

**Essential Job Functions**
- Instruct students - up to two-to-one basis
- Fluent in the English Language
- Experienced and educated in the background of tutoring / mentoring to be provided
- Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Able to work as a part of a team and independently
- Experience with students in a teaching or tutoring environment is an asset
- Accurately provide reporting regarding student progress as required

- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in an environment that yields fast-paced results

**Teaching Days**:
**Minimum two days commitment, excluding Fridays and weekends**
