**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Administrative Support:_
Support the Community Access Transportation Program by scheduling trips, being the first point of contact for program communication, coordinate volunteer drivers and the maintenance of the fleet units. Additional administrative duties may include filing, scanning, entering data into software, and other clerical duties as assigned.
- Safety and Security:_
Participation and compliance with the OH&S and Quality program as well as relevant policies and procedures. Innovative approach that meets the growing demand for this service in an area where transportation is a know barrier.
- Coverage Duties:_
Cross train with the Reception/Administrative Assistant to provide back-up assistance as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma required
- Certificate or diploma in Office Administration ( or equivalent combination of experience and technical skills)

**Experience**
- Previous experience in office administration is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proactive, process-improvement mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, Microsoft Teams, and CRM systems
