We will work with you to train, support and sign-off towards getting your Millwright (Industrial Mechanic 433A) ticket.

The **Maintenance Apprentice **position works on an 8 hr rotating shift, 5 days operation with Overtime on an as-needed basis.

**Details**
- Abide by all Safety and plant rules.
- Responsible for maintaining, installing and making sure things are running.
- Work within/assist the development/implementation of PM programs and TPM.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex production equipment with minimum supervision.
- Operate production equipment and check performance.
- Perform general building maintenance e.g. painting, minor plumbing, etc.
- Assist with tooling changeover and machine start-up.
- Communicate to the Supervisor/Plant Manager completion of work assignments.
- Adhere to established Quality and housekeeping standards.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Good grasp basic mechanical concepts.
- Able to read technical drawings & blueprints.
- Knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes is an asset.

**Salary**: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
