**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Customer Engagement & Service**: Greet and assist customers, explaining the repair process, timelines, and payment details while providing **outstanding service**.
- **Damage Assessment & Estimate Preparation**: Inspect vehicle damage and prepare detailed, **accurate repair estimates** using industry-leading software (like Mitchell and Audatex).
- **Communication & Collaboration**: Be the key link between **customers, insurance adjusters, and our production team**, ensuring smooth, transparent communication throughout the repair process.
- **Sales, Upselling & Closing**: Maximize **sales opportunities** by upselling services, achieving at least a 75% closing ratio, and ensuring **customer satisfaction** every step of the way.
- **Repair Order Management**: Maintain **organized repair orders** (ROs) and keep documentation updated from the estimate to the final inspection.
- **Quality Control & Final Inspection**: Ensure all repairs meet **quality standards**, perform final inspections, and explain the warranty and repair process to customers at vehicle pickup.
- **Customer Satisfaction & Follow-Up**:Drive customer satisfaction** by staying on top of all repairs, addressing concerns, and meeting performance metrics.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the production team in daily meetings to ensure **smooth workflows** and **timely repairs**.

**Qualifications We're Looking For**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in **collision estimating** or **insurance appraisal** with **industry certifications** like I-CAR (and knowledge of vehicle systems and damage).
- **Problem Solving**:Critical thinking** and **creative solutions** to troubleshoot issues and keep the repair process moving.
- **Technical Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of **automotive repair** and the ability to assess damage and costs accurately.
- **Communication & Customer Service**: Build and maintain **strong relationships** with customers and insurance companies, keeping them in the loop and ensuring smooth claims.
- **Time Management**:Prioritize tasks** effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities with ease.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure adherence to **industry standards**, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements in all estimates and repairs.
- **License**: A valid driver’s license with a **clean driving record** is required.
