**Position title**:Customer Service Representative - Aerospace Marketing
**Reporting to**:CSR Supervisor

**Type of position**:Fulltime, permanent

**Location**: Markham, ON

**Summary of Business**:
***Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Answering telephones, talking with internal and external customers.
- Technical support and pricing management
- Working with product managers, regional sales managers, and internal and external customers.
- Other related duties as required.

***Qualifications**:

- High proficiency with desktop operating systems
- Microsoft Office computer experience
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Post-secondary education (diploma / degree)
- Ability to work remotely for the team in Canada

**Desire to Have**:

- 1 - 5 years customer service experience
- Knowledge of connector products or experience in electrical component industries
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with MRP systems

**Aspect of Position**:
