What You’ll Be Doing

Logistics & Operations
- Take charge of coordinating shipments from start to finish—making sure pick-ups and deliveries go off without a hitch.
- Create and manage transport documents while following operational guidelines.
- Handle any logistics hiccups (like customs issues or scheduling conflicts) with a cool head and a solutions-driven approach.
- Keep our system (TMS) up to date with clear, accurate information so everyone stays in the loop.
- Identify potential claims, and step in to help resolve them.
- Provide quotes, follow up on them, and secure bookings like a pro.
- Step into a leadership role when needed to help the team stay on track.

Customer Care & Success
- Build Relationships: Get to know our customers’ needs and goals to provide personalized support and keep them coming back.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Spot potential issues before they arise and tackle them head-on to keep customers happy.
- Team Player: Work closely with our sales, logistics, and admin teams to make sure customers get top-notch service.
- Advocate for Customers: Share feedback and suggestions from customers to help us improve and stay ahead of the game.
- Keep customers updated on their shipments and address concerns before they even arise.

Pay: From $63,000.00 per year

- logistics: 2 years (required)
