Do you love retro film? Know lots of about film from multiple genres? Have a great knowledge of Canadian, US and International film?
If you want to join a slightly crazy, imaginative, retro-loving bunch, the Hyland is a great place to work

**Responsibilities**:

- work with team to create and promote events
- create graphics & promotional materials
- create social media posts
- help with tickets & concessions
- be able to talk all things film

SKILLS:

- Excellent knowledge of Canadian, American & International Film
- Knowledge of a Adobe Creative Suite to help with graphics, promotions, website updates
- **please provide an online link to your portfolio work in graphics**:

- good community contacts & awareness of local companies
- 1 years cash experience
- opening/closing experience
- help with cleanup and close or setup and opening
- MS Office - Word & Excel
- shifts are mostly afternoons, weekends and evenings -'cause we are a cinema
- some days shifts available if you have great people, organizational and office skills
- must live locally and be available to work on holidays (we split days among staff)
- you must have good, reliable transportation and or be close to the cinema

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- Evening shift
- Holidays

- Weekends as needed
