**About the Organization**:
Founded in 1999, Harvest House Atlantic serves homeless individuals and those facing substance use and mental health challenges in Greater Moncton. Providing emergency shelter, a community kitchen, supportive housing, and **addiction recovery supports**, we strive to break barriers and guide individuals toward stability and transformation through a faith-based approach. We currently support a record 191 people nightly.

Harvest House Atlantic is also enrolled in an **accreditation program with Accreditation Canada**. The **Manager of Recovery** will be responsible for overseeing and managing this process in conjunction with a consultant, ensuring the successful design, writing, implementation, and monitoring of all policies and procedures required for accreditation.

**Position Summary**

The Manager of Recovery oversees and supports case management processes within the men’s and women’s recovery programs at Harvest House Atlantic. This role ensures the effective delivery of recovery services, supports residents through their recovery journey, collaborates with external service providers, and facilitates data tracking through the Homeless Individuals and Families Information System (HIFIS). The Manager of Recovery is also responsible for developing program strategies, implementing best practices, and leading continuous process improvements. Additionally, this role will be integral in managing the Accreditation Canada process, working closely with a consultant to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and oversee the men’s and women’s recovery programs, ensuring high standards of care.
- Provide supervision, support, and professional development for recovery staff.
- Develop and implement structured recovery programs tailored to individual needs.
- Serve as a navigator for staff, guests, and residents in accessing external supports.
- Define, monitor, and update case management plans to ensure residents are document -ready.
- Utilize HIFIS for tracking case management information and ensure compliance with data standards.
- Monitor and report critical errors or misuse within HIFIS.
- Seek and integrate new HIFIS program options to enhance data collection and service delivery.
- Compile key performance indicators (KPIs) from various departments and submit reports to the Executive Assistant for leadership review.
- Attend and contribute to weekly case management and recovery program meetings.
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to facilitate housing transitions for residents moving into affordable housing.
- Serve as the HART (Housing Assessment and Referral Team) lead for Harvest House Atlantic.
- Develop and refine case management strategies to ensure consistency across all recovery programs.
- Provide crisis intervention and direct support for residents as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and program standards.
- Advocate for residents’ needs within Harvest House and the broader community.
- Manage and oversee the Accreditation Canada process, working with a consultant to design, write, implement, and monitor all policies and procedures required for accreditation**.**

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, addiction studies, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in addiction recovery services, case management, or related human services field.
- Proven leadership and management experience in a recovery or social services setting.
- Strong understanding of recovery principles, trauma-informed care, and harm reduction strategies.
- Certification in Addiction Counseling, Recovery Coaching, or a related area is an asset.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness and mental health challenges.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and case management software (HIFIS experience preferred).
- Experience with accreditation processes, including policy and procedure development, implementation, and compliance monitoring.
