Job Title: Social Media Manager
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Online Merchandise Management:
- Source merchandise from vendors, ensuring quality and relevance to our brand.
- Coordinate product listings on online platforms, including product descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Manage inventory levels and update stock availability regularly.
- Process and fulfill orders promptly, ensuring accurate packaging and shipping to customers.
- Communicate with customers regarding order inquiries, shipping updates, and returns.
2. Spotify Account Setup and Management:
- Create and set up a Spotify account for the restaurant, curating playlists that align with our brand and atmosphere.
- Regularly update and maintain playlists to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Monitor Spotify analytics to track engagement and adjust playlists accordingly.
3. Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content, including photos, videos, and reels, showcasing our restaurant, merchandise, and events.
- Schedule and post content across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media trends and insights to inform content strategy and drive growth.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in online merchandise coordination, e-commerce, or related fields.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Etsy.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation, with a strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices. With a strong knowledge of Canva, photoshop, Adobe, Designer.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of photography and video editing tools/software is a plus.
**Additional Requirement**:
- Serve as an assistant to the restaurant owner, providing support and assistance with various tasks related to restaurant operations and management.
- Demonstrate creativity and innovation by generating fresh ideas to enhance our online presence, drive customer engagement, and increase sales.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for optimizing social media content
