**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Utilize advanced AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Grok, and emerging tools) to automate content generation, personalize user experiences, analyze market data, create supporting videos and websites for lead generation, and optimize performance across all marketing efforts.
- Manage and optimize the OakWood.ca website for superior user experience, SEO, and top rankings in Ottawa for all service sectors; monitor and adjust Google AdWords campaigns using AI for targeted keyword bidding and remarketing.
- Produce and distribute at minimum two AI-assisted YouTube videos per week, reformatted for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, etc.; maintain social media accounts with biweekly updates per a content calendar, employing AI for scheduling and engagement analysis.
- Build and manage new websites to support lead generation and search engine rankings; provide marketing support for the Liptak Group of Companies, ensuring alignment with OakWood's objectives.
- Propose one innovative AI-based marketing idea with a detailed implementation plan each month; track key performance indicators (e.g., website traffic, social media growth, lead conversions) using AI analytics tools, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Plan and promote events at OakWood's Design Studios, foster partnerships with influencers and industry stakeholders, and ensure all activities comply with legal requirements.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in AI technologies, including generative AI for content creation, machine learning for data analysis, and tools for marketing automation, personalization, and optimization; familiarity with platforms such as Grok, ChatGPT, and all Google AI, etc. is essential.
- Strong project and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, social media management, and web development; experience in the construction or real estate sector is advantageous but not required.
- Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking supported by data-driven decision-making, with the ability to innovate using AI in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical skills in graphic design and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Suite for design, and video production software; knowledge of web analytics and content management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor suitable for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
- Committed to completing the task at hand, regardless of the hour, and does not adhere to a strict clock-watching mentality.
