Join us We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Thirsty Lion Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Team. Are you positive, energetic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment?

**Duties for the Thirsty Lion General Manager** will include allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, supervising, and motivating our team, ensuring good customer service, engaging with vendors, hiring employees, and identifying business opportunities.

**Thirsty Lion General Manager Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing daily business operations.
- Contributing to the development of tasty new menu items.
- Developing and implementing great new pub Promotions and Special Events.
- Training new team members.
- Improving revenue.
- Hiring great people.
- Evaluating performance and productivity of the Thirsty Lion team.
- Find new products, beverages & flavours.

**Thirsty Lion Leadership qualities**:

**Required Experience**:

- High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of supervising experience in the hospitality industry
