**Responsibilities**:

- **Service Excellence;** Uphold and enhance guest experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction with an emphasis on building lasting client relationships.
- **Team Management;** Recruit, train, and motivate staff to excel in their roles; manage scheduling, and oversee staff performance, providing regular feedback to promote productivity and a positive work environment.
- **Menu Development;** Collaborate with chefs and suppliers to develop and refine menu offerings, keeping up with food trends and guest preferences while focusing on profitability and quality.
- **Inventory Control; **Manage food and beverage stock levels, predict necessary supplies, place orders, and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and quality products.
- **Financial Management;** Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to achieve financial objectives, and manage resources to reduce waste and increase profitability.
- **Regulatory Compliance;** Ensure that all operations comply with local, state, and federal laws, including health, safety, and employment regulations
- **Marketing Collaboration;** Work with the marketing team to create promotions and events that attract and retain customers, enhancing the pub’s community presence and reputation.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably with experience in pub or casual dining environments.
- Strong leadership skills, with an ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of making decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of the industry’s legal rules and guidelines, including health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, revenue, and forecasting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of maintaining effective relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.
- A passion for food and beverage with a knack for creativity and innovation in menu offerings.
