Our team members set up and take down many styles of tents and inflatables, inspect our products to ensure quality and ensure smooth operations.

Position Summary

The Event Staff perform various event rental duties, including loading and unloading, setup and tear down, quality inspections and customer service. This position will provide excellent customer service and product expertise for any questions at the venue locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Load and unload vehicles at our warehouse and event sites using proper lift equipment (dollies, carts, etc.)
- Ride with the driver as the helper for their route to assist with deliveries.
- Load orders correctly and accurately in correspondence with equipment order lists for invoices.
- Check for accuracy on the orders you are delivering or picking up in correspondence to the invoices.
- Ensure safe handling of products to prevent damage and wear, ensuring the product is secured once loaded in the vehicle.
- Work with your on-site crew as a team to break down and set up product at event sites.
- Ensure equipment is setup accurately, and according to company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
- Occasionally, stay at events and run the equipment for clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be able to lift approximately 70 lbs
- Maintain a professional personal appearance
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Great attitude and friendly interpersonal skills
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Enjoy sunshine and time outdoors :)

- October, our drivers and crew members will work up to 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities
