**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **ERP System Management**
- Assist in the configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of the ERP system.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure the ERP system aligns with business needs.
- Support ERP system upgrades, testing, and user training.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using data mining and reporting tools.
- Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to provide actionable insights.
- Support management in decision-making through accurate and timely reports.
- **Process Improvement**
- Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend improvements.
- Work with stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Document and communicate process changes to relevant teams.
- **Accounting and Financial Support**
- Partner with the finance team to align data structures and reporting with accounting standards.
- Support financial audits and regulatory reporting requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years in a business analyst role, preferably in the petroleum or related industry.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their integration with business operations.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, data mining, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
- **Skills**:

- Knowledge of accounting policies, principles, and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
