Landscape/hardscape Foreman

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the crew/s, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to quality standards.
- Lead the construction and repair of landscape features such as patios, walkways, decks, fences and garden beds.
- Facilitate and perform deliveries of materials and machinery to and from sites
- Ensure safety systems are being followed at all times
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in landscaping techniques and safety protocols.

**Skills**
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams in a landscaping field.
- Strong knowledge of landscape building practices, including wall building, pavers, carpentry and soft scaping.
- Ability to build and repair various landscape structures while adhering to design specifications.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Clean driving record with the proven ability to operate and haul trailers
- Excavator and Skid Steer experience an asset

Pay: $32.00-$35.00 per hour

Additional pay:
