Accounts Payable Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain Accounts Payable Electronic Files
- Process expense reports and auto-debit invoices
- Data entry of invoices.
- May perform other duties as assigned, including work in other functional areas to cover absences of relief, to equalize peak work periods or otherwise to balance the workload.
**Qualifications**:
- Administration/Accounting Diploma/Certificate
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
- Experience with Microsoft D365 or Visual is an asset
- Must be highly organized, accurate and be able to do basic mathematical computations with a high degree of accuracy.
